1. Definitions:

• Company: G1 Merchandise Private Limited.
• Distributor: An independent contractor who purchases Company products.
• Products: Goods and services offered by the Company.
• Customer: An end-user who purchases Products from a Distributor.

2. Becoming a Distributor:

- Must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact information.

- Distributors are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.

3. Product Sales:

- Distributors may sell Products to Customers at suggested retail prices.

- Distributors are responsible for their own sales and marketing efforts.

4. Compensation:

- Distributors earn commissions, bonuses, and discounts as per the Compensation Plan.

5. Payment Terms:

• A. Distributors must pay for Products in full before shipping.
• B. Accepted payment methods: Online or direct bank transfer (No cash/cheque).

6. Return Policy:

- Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unsatisfied.

- After declaring satisfaction on the 1st day, the 30-day coverage is considered satisfied.

7. Cancellation:

- Either party may cancel by providing written notice. Verbal notices are not accepted.

8. Dispute Resolution:

- Disputes will be resolved as early as possible through the company's dispute resolution process.

9. Governing Law:

- This Agreement is governed by direct selling laws.

10. Changes to Agreement:

- The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

11. Distributors Segment:

• a) Identity Verification:
  • One PAN card means One ID.
  • No multiple IDs allowed.
• b) Team Changes:

  - No team changes are allowed.

• c) Termination:
  • Misinformation may lead to termination.
  • Violating terms may result in termination.
  • Grievance due to malpractice may lead to termination.
